2005: ANGELINA ADOPTS A BABY GIRL

The actress adopts her second child, daughter Zahara, from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Of her growing family, which includes a son adopted from Cambodia, she says, "Maddox and I are very happy."

2006: BRAD AND ANGELINA'S BABY GIRL

The couple welcomes daughter Shiloh in Swakopmund, Namibia. Jolie's obstetrician flew to Africa just for the delivery – a planned C-section, as the baby was breech – and a friend tells PEOPLE, "She said the baby is beautiful."

2007: ANGELINA'S LOSS
